Do you like to be rewarded for your hard work? I certainly do especially when I know that I did excellent job that deserves to be rewarded.
I used to work for a company that cared about their employees. It was a real pleasure to be able to work for them and I cherish all those fond memories I have from this particular time in my life. The only reason I had to quit this job was because I moved to another city and commuting was simply not an option. But let me go back to talking about my former employers. They really knew how to use plaques and awards to make their employees feel appreciate for their hard work. I still have some of the brass plaques and other award plaques that I got from them in the past and I don’t see any reason to throw them away ever. Those custom plaques will serve me as a reminder that working for a company can indeed be enjoyable and that employees can feel valued if their employers take the right steps to make that happen.
One more thing I would like to mention in this post are custom plaques. I am sure that you would agree with me that custom plaques can be so much better than ready plaques that you can order online. If you choose to go for something custom, you always have a chance to influence the way it is going to look like. You can really design it the way you want it to be. Of course, if you want to go for standard plaques usually because of lack of time, you are free to do so, but from my personal experience I can tell you that custom plaques make for definitely better plaques and you can be proud of designing them too!
