Have you ever watched a web series? Now is the time.

Following its second successful year, UK WEB SERIES FILM FESTIVAL (UK WEB FEST) in association with a new streaming app dedicated to web series only, will be working in synergy this year to find the future talents of independent web and episodic formatted series.

The competition is now open for creators and filmmakers, who are invited to submit a max of 3 episodes or a stand-alone scripted pilot episode. The official selections and winners works will not only be screened at the prestigious web fest in London on the 21st October 2017, it will also be placed on the streaming app to be launched this year for 6 months entirely for FREE. There is also a cash prize of £500 that is pretty rare and UK Web Fest is one of the very few offering this well-deserved prize.

Film Makers can submit now via http://www.filmfreeway.com (Rules and Regulations can be read here to)

UK Web Fest takes place on the 21st October 2017; the day will feature a packed schedule of screenings and panel discussions with industry experts.

Monica Y. Dee, Producer and Founder says, “With the success of live streaming, the world wide web has seen exciting opportunities for independent filmmakers, to be discovered. Agents, creative’s and studio executives now seek this new short form content to find talent. UK Web Fest aims to shine a light and give creators a platform where we can all celebrate their great work. We are thrilled to be working with our new partners and are excited for another year of film.”
